• Items that are deemed DOA (Defective on Arrival) are qualified for a replacement. Kindly return the item to us; and we shall replace the defective item.

  • Shall we be unable to replace a defective item that you have received; due to stock shortage etc, we will process for a refund directly via your purchase’s payment method.
  • For refunds to be reflected in your account, kindly allow for:
